Gila started her professional career as a Landscape Architect working for studios in Israel and the USA. After moving to Boston in 2007, she started working at Prof. Ann Graybiel’s Neuroscience lab at MIT while studying Human Computer Interaction at Tufts University. When she came back to Israel, she started her Master’s degree in Industrial Design at the Technion, where she focused her research on Natural User Interfaces (NUI) for 3D design tools. She then worked at Intel as a Human Factors Engineering while also mentoring early-stage startups in the area of UX design. She joined FieldIn, a startup in the field of Agritech, as Director of Product and responsible for the management and UX design of the company’s line of products. In 2017, Gila launched NUKADIMA, a boutique corporate accelerator where she works with companies to develop their innovation ecosystem through building internal capabilities and external partnerships.
